I’m Molly! Licensed esthetician, registered nurse, and the face behind Skin Theory Esthetics. I’ve been in esthetics since 2020, and I love figuring out what your skin actually needs and creating a treatment plan that makes sense for you. My approach is equal parts corrective skincare and creating a treatment that feels just as good as it works. I love working with acne, sensitive skin, and age management clients, and every treatment is customized to you — because your skin doesn’t need a one size fits all routine. My goal is simple: healthier skin, thoughtful treatments, and a space where you can come in, unwind, ask all the questions, and leave feeling really good about your skin. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
A 25% no show fee will only be charged for appointments missed without notice.
